Hints of subtle toffee malt, complemented by a heady mix of dried fruit, candied peel, hop resin, rosewater and a fantastic blend of herbal UK hop notes. The bitterness is well rounded and the beer finishes with hints of citrus and roasty malt characteristics.

Tasting Notes: A lovely golden colour with hints of orange, the beer shows off touches of lemon and orange sherbet on the nose. The mouth provides glimpses of maltiness and an almost nutty caramel quality. The hops mix in around these flavours and give the slightest twist of bitterness. The beer is light and refreshing and thirst quenching.

Tasting Notes: Wisps of smoke, maple and red fruit - cherry and redcurrant,underlying hop on the nose with the faintest hint of seaweed-like phenol and chocolate-caramel. Mouth filling complexity, full bodied, velvety and warming. Some dusty cacao notes, the faintest suggestion of marzipan, some fresh stonefruit, well integrated alcohol. Roasted and hop bitterness meld together at the back of the palate and follow into the swallow. The bitterness continues to intensify and the next sip is welcomed with it's sweetness and alcoholic warmth. The bitterness finally gives way to an aftertaste of fragrant woodsmoke.
