Beer Type: IPA Tasting Notes: A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Beer Type: Porter Tasting Notes: Wisps of smoke, maple and red fruit - cherry and redcurrant, underlying hop on the nose with the faintest hint of seaweed-like phenol and chocolate-caramel. Mouth filling complexity, full bodied, velvety and warming. Some dusty cacao notes, the faintest suggestion of marzipan, some fresh stonefruit, well integrated alcohol. Roasted and hop bitterness meld together at the back of the palate and follow into the swallow. The bitterness continues to intensify and the next sip is welcomed with it's sweetness and alcoholic warmth. The bitterness finally gives way to an aftertaste of fragrant woodsmoke.
