a golden, pale blonde ale which has a distinctive hoppy aroma derived from the use of Celeia hops late in the copper. The taste is sharply hoppy and beautifully stimulates the underside edges of your tongue. The merest hint of malt complements the hops, and the aftertaste develops the hops further with an increasing dryness and straw bitterness to the finish.
