There are lots of beer websites, but we are unique in providing a complete solution to the trade that allows simple real time updates even in the middle of a busy bar with thirsty drinkers waiting for the next barrel.

We use a barcode system which can be applied either to the beer barrels, the rear of pump clips or be printed out in advance and kept handy for the people changing the barrel. The bar code is simply scanned with a special cordless scanner when the product is ‘on’ and again when it is ‘off’. When the scanner is connected to a PC, it will upload all scanned products to the YourRound database.

The website entry for the pub is updated and if there are any matches with drinkers alerts for that beer the appropriate messages are sent.

Because the YourRound database is in between the brewers, pubs and the drinkers, there is no way end users can get ‘spammed’ by any other system users, the alert is only sent at the drinkers request. Consumers’ details are never released from the database without permission.

When products are added to the database, we provide a unique ID and barcode that can be printed out from the website or we can supply sheets of self adhesive labels to brewers and publicans.
