Bohemium - Lager - 4.9%
A cask version of our Whitstable Pilsner. A crisp Czech-style Pilsner brewed to an authentic recipe using Saaz hops and naturally lagered but then racked into casks. This creates a refreshing and slightly eccentric beer perfect for those who don't mind a little rule breaking!

East India Pale Ale - IPA - 4.1%
Sharp, clean, and well-balanced hop flavours leave the palate on a bittersweet assertive finish. A painstakingly chosen blend of aromatic hops complements pale malts to give both its citrus floral aroma and glorious golden hue.

Kentish Lager - Lager
A crisp, clean-tasting session lager brewed using the authentic Czech hop Saaz. We believe in year-round refreshment so we’ve brewed this beer to be perfect for lazy Summer days in a beer garden, but equally good enjoyed by a roaring fire in the depths of Winter.

Kentish Reserve - Copper - 5%
A Premium Bitter the colour of burnished copper. Crystal malt and a Goldings-led hop blend bring into being flavours of peaches and plums, ending on a note of rich ruby port.

A classic copper-coloured Kentish Session Bitter which perfectly captures the ruggedness of a Whitstable Native. Satisfying malt flavours complement the aromas of the county’s most famous hops – the Fuggle and the East Kent Golding.

A classic Stout with deep chocolate and mocha flavours; this rich, velvety and wonderfully drinkable beer is the perfect accompaniment to roast beef, oysters and game. This beer’s long and glorious heritage dates back to the 18th Century when a glass of Stout and a plate of Whitstable Oysters became the pairing of choice for millions of thirsty Britons!

Whitstable Pilsner - Lager - 4.9%
A Czech-style Pilsner brewed using the authentic Saaz hop with a crisp and fresh citrusy flavour. This refreshing beer is cold-stored over a period of weeks in a traditional process called lagering to allow a richer flavour and fuller body to develop. Whitstable Brewery allows as much time as necessary and will never use any preservatives or additives to make sure that our beer is always lagered naturally and brewed with distinction.

Our naturally cloudy Bavarian-inspired wheat beer has the style`s characteristic hints of banana and cloves chased by a refreshing citric lemon finish.

Try Time! - Ruby - 4.2%
To celebrate Rugby World Cup 2015 in style, we`ve brewed up a Red Ale which puts the bosh on blandness! In the forwards is a perfect mix of Best Ale and Red malts for a beautiful colour and a rich malty flavour. In the backs, delicious fruity notes come from English Cascade, Brewer`s Gold and Styrian Goldings hops. As a team, they make a pint so good you`ll have to fight to keep your eyes off it and on the game!

Waimea Single Hop Ale - Golden - 4.4%
Waimea (why-may-ah) is grown all the way down in New Zealand, a country building a great reputation for interesting and exciting hops. This Golden Ale has vivid tangerine, citrus and pine needle flavours and aromas and is as laid-back and easy drinking as it is delicious.

Admiral Single Hop Ale - Golden - 4.4%
Admiral was the first of the new breed of English Hops; full-flavoured enough to take on the best of the New World but with the unmistakable characteristics that make English hops the world`s best. Admiral`s flavour starts off with robust orange flavours, followed with notes of pine and other citrus fruits paired with a lingering bitterness. This is a Golden Ale that prizes tradition, innovation and refreshment in equal measure!

Amarillo Single Hop Ale - Golden - 4.4%
Amarillo is an American variety, with the kind of big, bright taste you`d expect. What you might not expect is a lovely spice and floral aroma and orange flavour. Although you can also taste grapefruit and lemon, this orange comes though the beer strongly enough that some say it`s like "biting into a tangerine!" All in all, it makes for a 4.4% Golden Ale that`s fit to burst with flavour!

Brewer's Gold Single Hop Ale - Golden - 4.4%
This hop variety was bred in Kent by Professor Salmon at the renowned Wye College in 1919 but is now grown in Germany. Brewer’s Gold takes this golden ale and infuses it with an enticing blend of spices, citrus notes and a subtle hint of blackcurrant.

Rather than the usual suspects of pine and grapefruit, this American variety brings a lovely blend of apple and pear fruitiness and a melon aroma to this Golden Ale. Eminently sippable and moreish!

The Centennial hop is one of brewing’s big beasts! It’s a Pacific Coast monster which gives lip-tingling citrus flavours with an enticing floral aroma. When added to a golden ale base, those flavours combine with its commanding bitterness to create a supremely refreshing pint.

This English hop is another creation of the great Wye College, released to an adoring public in 1972. It gives the beer a lovely fruitiness, led by citrus and marmalade flavours but also with hints of cedar and green tea. Double-hopping with an English variety gives this Golden Ale a composed depth of flavour sometimes absent in its brasher American cousins.

Crystal Malt gives this Red Ale a warmth and depth of flavour perfectly suited to the Festive season while an All-English hop blend led by the powerful Admiral and celebrated East Kent Goldings varieties rounds off this beer with spices, marmalade, and a balanced bitterness. When you see its crimson-tinged amber colour and smell its wonderful aroma, you`ll be reminded of nothing so much as roaring fires, ruddy cheeks, and plenty of Festive Cheer!

This is cold weather ale with backbone! The finest Crystal and Best Ale malts add a ruddy amber colour, full-bodied biscuit flavour and reviving warmth to an exquisite blend of Kentish and Continental hops; Styrian Goldings for spiciness, Admiral for a lovely orangey flavour and Challenger for a touch of citrus. A pint of Cockle Warmer is the perfect choice to relax with after a cold and rainy day!

This English/Wild American hybrid hop was originally released in 1961 but fell out of favour because the world wasn`t ready for its powerful flavours and heady aroma. Back from the dead, we`ve double-hopped Comet into this ale to unleash its potent mix of citrus, spice and wild hop ruggedness.

Dana Single Hop - Golden - 4.4%
To keep the focus on the great hops of Europe we`ve got another brilliant hybrid. Dana were created by crossbreeding the world-famous Hallertau Magnum hops of Germany with wild hops from Slovenia. This beer has big bold bursts of floral aroma and lemon flavour, backed by a nice pinch of pine. It`s a 4.4% Golden Ale to lift the spirit and excite the senses!

East Kent Goldings Single Hop Ale - Golden - 4.4%
These quintessentially English hops are England`s most famous and by law can only be grown in East Kent. Since 1790 they have been delivering their characteristic notes of spices, sweet citrus and a wonderful floral aroma to the grateful drinkers of the world. We`re added more hops to this beer than ever before to make sure this Golden Ale is full-flavoured, smooth and utterly drinkable!

This strikingly bitter Pale Ale is brewed using masses of fresh Challenger hops, picked in Kent only hours before brewing. Combined with pale malt, these hops deliver an invigorating burst of floral, hoppy flavour and give not only great refreshment but a full-bodied mouthfeel and cedar aroma.

Named after the village in which we brew, this year`s Grafty Green Hop is brewed solely with the outstanding EAST KENT GOLDINGS variety. By law only grown in East Kent, these quintessentially English hops have been making great ales since 1790 and this is no exception. We`ve added masses of freshly picked hop cones to this Pale Ale to deliver the hop`s characteristic notes of spices, sweet citrus and a wonderful floral aroma. This beer is invigoratingly flavourful and dangerously drinkable!

This single-hop ale is made with a newly-developed German variety, being used for the very first time by a Kentish brewer. Expect to smell a heady mix of fruit aromas then taste a delicate and refined cocktail of strawberry and honeydew melon. A tasty and refreshing 4.4% Golden Ale perfect for May and beyond!

Our first Polish Single Hop Ale, Junga is a cross between Polish Marynka and English Northern Brewer hops which gives a fruity blend of grapefruit and blackcurrant flavour to the taste and spiciness on the aroma. A full-flavoured and nicely drinkable Golden Ale: Cheers and na zdrowie!

A cross between Czech Saaz hops and wild hops from the Caucasus Mountains, this hybrid variety is bold and exciting. It gives really punchy lemon and spice flavours with hints of grapefruit to this 4.4% Golden Ale. Perfect for those days in September that don`t know Summer`s ended!

To make this session beer we took the finest Pale Ale Malt then added to it a huge handful of the world`s most exciting hops. Both came together to deliver an intense burst of fruity flavour, refreshing bitterness and a brilliant golden colour in a beer that`s as drinkable as it is memorable!

Pioneer is a distinctive English hop whose flavours of lemon and grapefruit are complemented by notes of cedar in the aroma. A crisp, refreshingly bitter Golden Ale to savour.

Rakau is a hop from New Zealand which is fast becoming a brewer`s favourite! It gives this Golden Ale big flavours of apricot and passionfruit on the one hand while also imparting subtler notes of peach, pine needles and grapefruit on the other. A fruity, exciting beer perfect for Summer!

Sorachi Ace Single Hop Ale - Amber - 4.4%
This Japanese variety was bred in 1988 from the best of parents: British Brewer`s Gold and Noble Czech Saaz. The resulting hop was like nothing that could have been predicted; a storm of lemon flavour and aroma with delightful hints of coconut and oak! It`s a hop that imparts plenty of personality and complexity to any beer without being overpowering. From The Land of the Rising Sun we bring you a very sinkable pint!

This variety is what happens when you take the classic Fuggles hop from Kent and grow it in the beautiful foothills of the Styrian Alps. Compared to its English cousin it brings a more intense spicy flavour and hoppy aroma to this Golden Ale. Beautifully balanced and compellingly moreish.

This American variety has been called "the ideal hop for the ultimate Pale Ale". We`ll leave that up to drinkers to decide but what we will say is that its robust flavours and aromas of orange, tangerine and grapefruit make for an absolutely delicious Golden Ale. Powerful and refreshing to the last drop!

Wakatu is the descendant of the Noble Hallertau Mittelfrüh of Germany and a wild New Zealand hop. It gives this Golden Ale a delightful yet not overpowering flavour of fresh limes with floral notes and even a hint of vanilla.
