For this Limited Edition brew Dorothy has selected her favourite Herefordshire hops from Pennington's in Madley and Herefordshire Maris Otter pale malt grown especially by Chris Davies in Cannon Pyon. Flavours include sweet vanilla and toffee giving way to a delicate, lingering hoppy character. The result is a warming, rich, full-bodied stout that will improve with age.
