Northern Monk - Eternal - Pale - 4.1%  
The hop hit of a US IPA, with the sessionability of a classic UK pale ale. Simcoe and Centennial hops dominate this light blonde beer, contributing a big tangerine aroma and long,quenching citrus pith flavour which goes on and on and on.

Peerless - Peerless Pale - Pale - 3.8%  
Good initial bitterness and a hint of grapefruit on the finish derived from the use of Goldings, Cascade and Columbus hops.

Sadler's - Peaky Blinder Pale Ale - Pale - 4.3%

Siren Craft Brew - Suspended in Citra - Pale - 4%  
Our series of low-strength pales continues this time turning the focus on the hops. We have added a touch of oats and rye to the grist to help build the body and give it a silky mouthfeel, then let the citra take the lead. It`s got a huge hit of mango and clementine on first sip, with subtle stone fruit notes in the background.

Timothy Taylor's - Landlord - Pale - 4.3%  
This ale has won more awards nationally than any other beer. A strong ale with a golden amber colour. It has a scent of caramel, light fruits and roasted malt hints.

The drinkers’ favourite, a 4.3% classic pale ale with a complex citrus and hoppy aroma. A recent survey revealed that Landlord has the highest proportion of drinkers who call it their favourite ale. Pale amber, IPA style with a lower abv. but no holding back on the hops. Big tropical fruit notes with a spicy, resinous, smooth bitter finish. Dry hopped with Mosaic

St Austell - Proper Job - IPA - 4.5%  
Proper Job is an authentic IPA brewed with Cornish spring water and a blend of malts including Cornish Gold. A powerfully hopped golden bitter that explodes with citrus grapefruit flavours, Proper Job was awarded a Gold medal as the Best Bottled Beer in the 2011 Great British Beer Festival.

Thornbridge - Jaipur - IPA - 5.9%  
Strong India pale ale with a full hoppiness tinged with honey and a powerful enduring bitter finish.

Top Rope - Overkill IPA - IPA - 5.5%  
The beer which started it all, originally brewed the morning after the passing of the legendary Lemmy Killmister, Overkill evolved over time into a hoppy liquid tribute to the fallen rock god. Chinook and Centennial hops provide spicy bitterness and juicy fruit flavours, while the relatively simple malt bill offers a solid base without adding too much sweetness.

Beartown - Ginger Bear - Blonde - 4%  
The flavours from the malt anf hops blend with the added bite from the ginger to produce a superbly quenching blonde ale.

Ossett - Yorkshire Blonde - Blonde - 3.9%  
A brand new addition to the permanent range for 2010. This lager coloured ale is full bodied, well rounded and slightly sweet on the palate. A generous addition of Mount Hood hops result in a delicate fruity hop aroma

Ossett - Silver King - Blonde - 4.3%  
A lager style beer with a crisp, dry flavour and a fruity, citrus aroma. Our top seller and winner of many prestigious awards since 1998

Rat - White Rat - Blonde - 4%  
This very pale, hoppy ale is made from low colour Maris Otter malt. A combination of three high alpha American hops produce an intensely aromatic and resinous finish.

Weetwood - Cheshire Cat - Blonde - 4%  
Smooth and well-balanced with refreshing citrusy flavours. Very blonde and very easy drinking. Chester’s favourite.

Brimstage - Trapper's Hat Bitter - Golden - 3.8%  
A refreshingly hoppy session beer. Gold coloured with a complex bouquet, it provides a mouthful of fruit zest, with hints of orange and grapefruit.

Dark Star - Hophead - Golden - 3.8%  
A clean-drinking, dry, pale-golden ale with a floral aroma and elderflower notes

Oakham - JHB - Golden - 3.8%  
A golden beer with hops and fruit on the palate, balanced by malt and a bitter base. Dry hoppy finish with soft fruit flavours. CBOB 2001.

Oakham - Citra - Golden - 4.2%  
refreshing golden ale bursting with flavour and a bitter finish.

Salopian - Shropshire Gold - Golden - 3.8%  
Golden, with a flora aroma and a full hoppy flavour that is balanced by a crisp dry maltiness and a rich finish.

Salopian - Oracle - Golden - 4%  
A crisp sparklingly sunflower gold ale with a striking hop profile. Dry and refreshing with a long balanced aromatic finish.

Salopian - Hop Twister - Golden - 4.5%  
The palate is fresh, piercing and focused, with soft malt overtones and pronounced citrus flavours. A strong focus of taut lemony grapefruit on the finish is balanced by a dry bitterness.

Titanic - Iceberg - Wheat - 4.1%  
Maris Otter pale malt and fine wheat malt, give this refreshing beer real zest. Add Yakima Galena and Cascade hops and what you get is a fantastic wheat beer that will hole any passing thirst. Come on, there has to be a pun with a Titanic beer!

First Chop Arm - MCR - Amber - 3.8%  
This beer was brewed earlier this month with CAMRA regional director Andrew Rodbourne and Trafford and Hulme branch committee member Mark Reeves

Harry's Cider - Dirty Harry's - Amber - 4%  
raspberry and blackcurrant - a refreshing combination

Mordue - Workie Ticket - Amber - 4.5%  
A tasty, complex beer with malt and hops throughout and a long, satisfying bitter finish. Well worthy of the title 'Champion Beer of Britain' award 1997.

Triple fff - Alton's Pride - Amber - 3.8%  
After years of fine tuning, our vision for Alton’s Pride is complete. A traditional amber bitter brewed using water from the Hampshire chalk hills. Full and clean tasting, initially malty then citrus fruit and resinous hop build to a quenching bitter finish. Winner of the Supreme Champion Beer of Britain 2008

Brakspear - Brakspear Bitter - Malty - 3.4%  
A superb session beer. Amber in colour with a good fruit, hop and malt nose. The initial taste of malt and the well-hopped bitterness quickly dissolves into a predominantly bitter-sweet and fruity finish.

Fuller's - London Pride - Malty - 4.1%  
To the beer aficionado looking for the classic English pint, we say this: Whatever you do, take Pride.

Peerless - Boston Red - Ruby - 4.5%  
Pale Red Ale. Toasted wheat provides the malt profile. White American, Chinook and Cascade hops provide the fruity finish

Tiny Rebel - Cwtch - Ruby - 4.6%  
Unique Welsh red ale with a complex malt base complementing its big hop flavours.

Black Sheep - Best Bitter - Brown - 3.8%  
A well hopped, light golden best bitter with a distinctive, dry, refreshing taste, to be enjoyed in true Black Sheep style through a rich creamy head.

Otter - Otter Ale - Brown - 4.5%  
A light mahogany ale delivering malt and fruit notes but the taste is finished with a combination of fruit and some bitterness.

Windsor & Eton - Guardsman - Brown - 4.2%  
NUMBER - 47 - A copper-coloured session strength ale with a tangy taste, smoothed by oak conditioning and a really fresh hop. Available in the pub bar.

Titanic - Plum Porter - Porter - 4.9%  
This sumptuous beer is dark strong and well rounded; the richness is brought to an even keel by the late addition of Goldings hops and natural plum flavouring.

Titanic - Chocolate and Vanilla Stout - Stout - 4.5%  
Having won many awards over the years for a genuine dry stout, this beer offers a sweeter alternative. The sweetness comes from the addition of chocolate and Madagascan Vanilla. it is so rich and opulent that it seems like a pint and a half in one glass!

Wild Beer Co - Millionaire - Stout - 4.7%  
A Chocolate and Salted Caramel Milk Stout.... NUMBER - 12 - An initial nose into the glass reveals the scrumptious mix of citrus and orchard apple. Sweet ginger and honey layers saddle up to the fruit in the first sip, whilst the sneaky chilli moseys along shortly to set your trotters tingling.

A sweet, still cider with a slight haze and a big punch. Finished in rum barrel this cider has arrrhhhhh wonderful taste.

Fresh oranges blended with superb cider

This super scrummy cider is as easy to drink as juice which we can't decide is a good or bad thing!

Dudda's Tun - Pear O Duddas - Perry - 5.5%  
A medium perry,with subtle sweet honey notes.

Tiny Rebel - Periscope Perry - Perry - 4.8%  
Our first perry, Peariscope! Highly quaffable with a sweet edge and 4.8% ABV. It’s light, mildly floral with hints of honey and a clean juicy finish.
