Big Bog - Hinkypunk - Pale - 4.1%  
A well hopped beer with a secret blend of no less than 7 American hop varieties. Intense citrus notes and its incredibly pale colour make this a truly unique ale

Dark Star - American Pale Ale - Pale - 4.7%  
NUMBER - 12 - A dry and pale American ale with a crisp taste and full hop flavour brewed with Cascade hops and Maris Otter malt

Grey Trees - Mosaic - Pale - 4.6%  
A single hopped beer, the Mosaic hop will give a complex array of tropical fruit, citrus, berry, herbal, earthy and pine characteristics.

Higsons - Pale - Pale - 3.8%  
An easy drinking, hoppy, classic revival of Higsons Pale Ale.

Neptune - Fugu - Pale - 4%  
Single hopped sorachi ace pale ale Unfined, so naturally a little hazy. Lemon, coconut and dill flavours make this a slightly unusual taste, with a malty backbone.

Neptune - Big Sur - Pale - 4.5%  
West Coast Style Pale ale. Brewed using Cascade, Amarillo, Ahtanum, Citra and Simcoe hops

Peerless - Boston Red - Pale - 4.5%  
Pale Red Ale. Toasted wheat provides the malt profile. White American, Chinook and Cascade hops provide the fruity finish

Southport - Sandgrounder - Pale - 3.8%  
Pale, hoppy session bitter with floral character.

Top Rope - American Dream - Pale - 3.9%  
An easy drinking, sessionable pale ale hopped with Citra and Bobek.

Waulkmill - Steel Bonnet Pyder - Pale - 5%  
50/50 Blend of Muckle Toon Rosie Cider and Mooseheid Perry. Crisp mouth with lingering pear after taste.

Anarchy Brew - Exile - IPA - 4.9%  
No gluten can attach itself to this clean, slick pale ale. Big American hops give rise to the awesome flavours with smooth as f*#k biterness!

Rock the Boat - FAB FOUR IPA - IPA - 4.4%  
Good hop character NOT lemon/grapefruit, more general fruit, tangerine notes, a complex beer with good mouthfeel.

Salopian - Kashmir - IPA - 5.5%  
An elegant strong Salopian version of an IPA, citrus, pines and tropical fruit engulf the palate and caress the senses. A dry body with a extremely long lingering finish.

Thornbridge - Jaipur - IPA - 5.9%  
NUMBER - 44 - Strong India pale ale with a full hoppiness tinged with honey and a powerful enduring bitter finish

Top Rope - Overkill IPA - IPA - 5.5%  
The beer which started it all, originally brewed the morning after the passing of the legendary Lemmy Killmister, Overkill evolved over time into a hoppy liquid tribute to the fallen rock god. Chinook and Centennial hops provide spicy bitterness and juicy fruit flavours, while the relatively simple malt bill offers a solid base without adding too much sweetness.

Box Steam - Brolly - Blonde - 3.6%  
Brolly offers a mosaic of flavour and aromas - look out for ripe mango, citrus and even blueberry notes, all balanced with a gentle maltiness.

Brass Castle - Northern Blonde - Blonde - 3.8%  
An easy-drinking malty blonde, using hops from the UK`s northernmost hop farm: Yorkshire Hops.

Fuller's - Spring Sprinter - Blonde - 4%  
A light zesty ale with a real spring in its step. With Nelson Sauvin hops harvested in New Zealand, this wonderful beer has subtle gooseberry flavours which are balanced perfectly with the biscuity sweetness from the English malts.

Ossett - Yorkshire Blonde - Blonde - 3.9%  
A brand new addition to the permanent range for 2010. This lager coloured ale is full bodied, well rounded and slightly sweet on the palate. A generous addition of Mount Hood hops result in a delicate fruity hop aroma

Purple Moose - Elderflower/Ysgawen Ale - Blonde - 4%  
A refreshing pale ale brewed using Cascade hops with the added indulgence of elderflowers.

Weetwood - Cheshire Cat - Blonde - 4%  
Smooth and well-balanced with refreshing citrusy flavours. Very blonde and very easy drinking. Chester’s favourite.

Wild Weather - Serendipity - Blonde - 3.5%  
Serendipity is an explosively fruity American Pale Ale. Transporting the mind back to the days of 'penny' sweets and longing for that final hit of Spangle.

Brimstage - Trapper's Hat Bitter - Golden - 3.8%  
A refreshingly hoppy session beer. Gold coloured with a complex bouquet, it provides a mouthful of fruit zest, with hints of orange and grapefruit.

Dark Star - Hophead - Golden - 3.8%  
A clean-drinking, dry, pale-golden ale with a floral aroma and elderflower notes

Hydes - Sonic Golding - Golden - 3.9%  
A burnished gold coloured ale with a charming citrus/grapefruit avour from three additions of USA Cascade hops during the boiling process.

Oakham - Citra - Golden - 4.2%  
refreshing golden ale bursting with flavour and a bitter finish.

Salopian - Shropshire Gold - Golden - 3.8%  
Golden, with a flora aroma and a full hoppy flavour that is balanced by a crisp dry maltiness and a rich finish.

Salopian - Oracle - Golden - 4%  
A crisp sparklingly sunflower gold ale with a striking hop profile. Dry and refreshing with a long balanced aromatic finish.

Southport - Golden Sands - Golden - 4%  
Golden coloured bitter. Triple hopped, with citrus flavours.

Titanic - Iceberg - Wheat - 4.1%  
Maris Otter pale malt and fine wheat malt, give this refreshing beer real zest. Add Yakima Galena and Cascade hops and what you get is a fantastic wheat beer that will hole any passing thirst. Come on, there has to be a pun with a Titanic beer!

Adnams - Fat Sprat - Amber - 3.8%  
It has a lovely citrus, grapefruit aroma with some spicy notes. On the palate, the citrus character of the hops shines through, balanced with a light biscuit flavour and a crisp, dry finish.

A golden ale brewed with Marris Otter Pale Malt, with US hops, this gives the beer a suttle bitterness with citrus aroma. This beer was named after a dog called `Digger` that a previous owner of the `Red Cow` had

Higsons - Amber - Amber - 4.1%  
A reddish ale featuring five different malts, five different hops to give aroma, a hint of caramel.

Oakham - Hangar 17 - Amber - 4.1%  
A rich malty amber beer brewed with Simcoe, Mandarina Bavaria, Palisade giving aromas of tangerine and tangy citrus with a hint of orange peel.

Robinsons - Light Brigade - Amber - 4.1%  
A unique golden English ale with a 4.1% ABV. It has been developed in support of HELP FOR HEROES, the British charity that provides recovery and support for the Armed Forces

Sadler's - Boris Citrov - Amber - 4.7%  
A punchy orange marmalade ale, brewed with American and English hops, leading to a sweet, crisp and fruit knockout finish

Salopian - Slipstream - Amber - 5.1%  
A juicy IPA with fresh blood orange resonating through hints of candied peel and sparkling orange blossom.

Timothy Taylor - BOLTMAKER - Amber - 4%  
2014 Supreme Champion Beer of Britain. A well-balanced, genuine Yorkshire Bitter, with a full measure of maltiness and hoppy aroma.

Timothy Taylor - Landlord - Amber - 4.3%  
This ale has won more awards nationally than any other beer. A strong ale with a golden amber colour. It has a scent of caramel, light fruits and roasted malt hints.

Connoisseur - The Usual - Copper - 3.8%  
A traditional ale making use of all English ingredients, Maris Otter malt plus Northdown hops and East Kent Gouldings give this beer characteristic bitterness.

Rock the Boat - Mussel Wreck - Copper - 3.9%  
smooth malt, easy drinking well rounded ale but with a good fruity hop character including a short bitter finish.

Tiny Rebel - Cwtch - Ruby - 4.6%  
330ml Welsh Red Ale. Unique beer Welsh red ale with a complex malt base complementing its big hop flavours

Everards - Tiger - Brown - 4.2%  
A chestnut brown beer with a spicy hop and malt aroma, good bitter/sweet balance and a rounded toffee character.

Roosters - Distant Sun - Brown - 3.9%  
A smooth brown beer that displays hints of chocolate from the different malts used. A gentle level of bitterness has been harnessed from the USA`s crystal hop variety.

Dark chestnut brown bitter with smoky treacle on the nose and a crisp bitter finish.

Rock the Boat - Sittin'on the dock - Dark - 3.5%  
5 malts combined for a smooth malty ale with added treacle. Nutty and chocolate overtones.

Sadler's - Peaky Blinder - Dark - 4.6%  
Brewed with Five different malts and five different hop varieties. Dark and delicious yet refreshing and hoppy.

Connoisseur - Bloody Mild - Mild - 3.7%  
Very popular at Liverpool Beer Festival in 2007, this is a mild which offers complex malt flavours and just a hint of chocolate combined with Sovereign and EKG hops added more for their aroma and flavour than for bitterness.

Stout infused with locally roasted coffee (from Adams and Russel) and cocoa nibs for a beautifully smooth cappuccino stout

Wild Beer Co - Millionaire - Stout - 4.7%

Ventons - Skippy's Scrumpy - Cider - 6.5%  
Whole juice, Dry, Real Cyder. Gold Medal and Reserve Champion at the 2016 British Cider Championships. Full bodied and well balanced. Made from a broad blend of East Devon cider apples. Completely natural.

Broad Oak Cider - Chilli & Pear Perry - Perry - 4%  
Broadoak’s Perry, dry, made a slightly lower ABV and infused with chilli.

Tiny Rebel - Periscope Perry - Perry - 4.8%  
Our first perry, Peariscope! Highly quaffable with a sweet edge and 4.8% ABV. It’s light, mildly floral with hints of honey and a clean juicy finish.
