The Bristol Ram Beers

Butcombe - Bitter - Malty - 4%
The West Country’s favourite beer derives from pure Mendip Spring Water…notably bitter, clean tasting, refreshingly dry and distinctive. Made with 100% best Maris Otter malt (the Rolls Royce of malts), together with a blend of (never divulged) English hop varieties…Butcombe Bitter is a moreish Mendip masterpiece!

Charles Wells - Special - Amber - 4.5%
An amber-coloured beer using a 100% malt brew of Maris Otter and crystal malt, together with Fuggles and Golding hops. It has a fruity, slightly estery nose, with a good hop aroma and full round flavour, and a good balance of malt and hops

St Austell - Tribute - Golden - 4.2%
Tribute is a magnificent example of a bronze coloured English bitter, with a rich aroma of biscuity malt and tart citrus fruit from the Willamette hops. Juicy malt, hop resins and tangy fruit coat the tongue, while the finish is long and lingering, with a fine balance between malt, hops and fruit, finally becoming dry and bitter.

Wells and Youngs - Special London Ale - Copper
Bronze, with a rich, malty, orangey hop aroma. Smooth, rich and malty on the palate, it has a fine, tangy hop flavour with orange marmalade notes. Dry, long-lasting finish of smoky, orangey Golding hops.

Wells and Youngs - Bitter - Malty - 3.7%
Youngs Bitter is a 100% malt brew combining Maris Otter and Crystal malt with locally sourced British Fuggle and Goldings hops.

Wells and Youngs - Banana Bread Beer - Amber - 4.5%
Deep amber in colour, with tempting banoffee aromas, it is tempered by a grassy, lemony nose, all leading to a finely balanced, fresh, delicate flavour of peppery hops, with a lingering, dry finish.
