Flying Scotsman is a sophisticated full flavoured beer combining the best barley from the north and robust southern hops. Profoundly malty in aroma and flavours but balanced with a raisiny spiciness and toasty dryness. Distinctive fresh, slightly citrus tang with a rich finish.

Castle Rock - Harvest Pale - Pale - 3.8% - £3.30
Supreme Champion Beer of Britain 2010. Brewed with a gently-kilned malt, and an aromatic blend of American hops added during the brewing process gives it exceptional poise. Its distinct hop flavour leads to a crisp finish.
