Big Bog - Frosty Bog
Pale - 4%
Frosty Bog is brewed especially for the Winter season and challenges the darker beer usually associated with this time of year by being pale in colour. "Frosty" is brewed using lightly kilned ale malt so the resultant beer is very pale in colour. Cascade and Styrian hops are employed no less than 4 times during the boiling process to ensure a rich, intense citrus ho character. Bitterness levels are high but not overpowering leaving a crisp lemon/grapefruit tingle on the tongue. As the nights draw in and the air turns distinctly chilly, why not pop to your local to try a "Frosty" to help cheer you up?
