When you subscribe we immediately email all your customers informing them about your festival. We include the date, a link to your Festival BeerCAM so they can see what beers are on, as well as your contact details and a link to Google Maps.
Note: We send out alerts as soon as you subscribe, the week before and the day before your festival starts.
Sending out alerts is the quickest and easiest way to inform customers about your festival. Alerting a customer to what drinks are available, especially if you do it far enough in advance so they can make plans, will give them incentive to come to your festival.

Customers have a selection of favourite beers in their account. If you add a beer that is a match we will email or text them to say that you have their favourite on.
Contact customers to let them know one or more of their favourites are on to give them that extra push to come to your beer festival.
