What are Email Alerts?

How does it work?

When you update your account we immediately email all your customers informing them what’s on the bar. We also send out daily email updates informing customers about the changes you have made.

What does that do for me?

Sending out alerts is the quickest and easiest way to inform customers about what is on at your bar. Alerting a customer to what drinks are available can convince them to come to your pub instead of another or even staying in.

What are Text Alerts?

How does it work?

When you update your account we text your customers informing them what’s on the bar.

What does that do for me?

For people that might not always check their email, this is a sure fire to make sure they know you have put a new beer on.

What are Favourite Beers?

How does it work?

Customers have a selection of favourite beers in their account. If you add a beer that is a match we will email or text them to say that you have their favourite on.

What does that do for me?

Contact customers that might not even know about your pub. Once you get them in you can get them connected to receive alerts with your PubID or mobile page, this can make a complete stranger into a regular customer.
